In the case that your software version is not found in the handheld system you can send the ECU in for a one time bench read to extract the software. We are constantly on top of this but brand new updates are often not found on our server and could require you to mail the ECU in for bench reading or waiting the 90 days for it to get loaded to the server. We operate on a 90 day window to get new updates and apply to our database.
