I'm curios if there's also a way to clone a character? I notice tqvault let's me edit the level of a char, but I figure once I get my current char to legendary, I'd like to clone that char and it's Quest progress so I don't have to run through the game from normal again, and then use the mastery/attribute reset to change specc. Yup, this forge thingy was pretty much what I was looking for. No idea though whether the items created are truly legitimate as in they could drop at the same character level etc. I did a test on the most strict option and this forced you to get affixes from the same item type and did adjust level requirement of the changed item based on the affixes used. It has 3 different modes of operation which essentially enforce or not a certain amount of legitimacy. So you drop the item to be changed in one box then drop other items into prefix / suffix boxes and these are applied to the item to be changed. You have to have an item that already has the affix though. If you enable cheating then the Forge allows you to adjust affixes on non unique items.
